The Brow Connection is looking for an experienced Brow & Lash Artist to join our growing team.
n
We are a boutique studio specialising in premium brows, Korean lash lifts, cosmetic tattooing and advanced Korean-inspired skin treatments, with a strong focus on natural, refined results and an elevated client experience.
n
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, genuinely cares about their clients and is looking for a long-term opportunity to grow within an established studio.
n
Cosmetic Tattoo experience is highly regarded, but not essential.
n
The Role
n
This is a casual position, initially 2–3 days per week, with the opportunity to increase hours as your clientele and demand grow.
n
Your core services will include:
n
n
Brow shaping, waxing & colouring
n
Hybrid Dye Brows
n
Brow Lamination
n
Lash Lifts
n
Client consultations & treatment planning
n
n
Korean Lash Lift experience is not essential. Training in our signature Korean Lash Lift technique will be provided to the right experienced candidate.
n
For candidates with Cosmetic Tattoo experience, there is also the opportunity to perform:
n
n
Ombre / Powder Brows
n
Nano / Hairstroke Brows
n
Lip Blush Tattoo
n
n
Brow & Lash services are paid at a casual hourly rate, with a separate commission-based earning structure for Cosmetic Tattoo services.
n
About You
n
We're looking for someone who:
n
n




Has a minimum of 2 years' hands-on professional Brow & Lash experience
n
Is confident working independently
n
Has strong attention to detail and a natural, refined aesthetic
n
Is warm, professional and client-focused
n
Takes pride in consultation, client experience and retention
n
Is reliable, consistent and works well within a team
n
Is open to learning our techniques and service standards
n
Has full Australian working rights
n
n
Essential Availability
n
You must be available to work:
n
n
Every second Saturday
n
At least every second late night
n
n
Additional availability is highly regarded.
n
Cosmetic Tattoo Opportunity
n
Cosmetic Tattoo experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
n
If you already perform Cosmetic Tattoo, we'd love to know about your experience and the training you've completed.
