A private day surgery hospital in Melbourne's east is looking for an experienced Associate Nurse Unit Manager to lead floor coordination and clinical escalation across Anaesthetics and PACU.
n
The Role
n
As ANUM, you will coordinate the floor across Anaesthetics and PACU, providing clinical leadership and escalation support to the theatre team on a day surgery roster.

What's On Offer

$120,830 p.a. (Year 1) rising to $124,900 p.a. (Year 2), EBA-aligned, plus superannuation
n
Qualification allowance for a postgraduate certificate or diploma, or a Master's degree, on top of base pay




n
Day surgery hours, typically Monday to Friday with minimal or no overnight or weekend shifts
n
Saturday, Sunday and public holiday loadings apply where worked
n

About You
n
n
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n
Experience as an ANUM, Team Leader or senior perioperative nurse across Anaesthetics and PACU
n
Confidence coordinating a busy day surgery floor and supporting clinical escalation
n
Ophthalmology experience is preferred but not essential
n
Full working rights in Australia
