Fleetweld is a busy truck body building and manufacturing business specialising in custom service bodies and specialised commercial vehicles.

About the role
n
You will be responsible for the fabrication and forming of components used in custom truck bodies and specialised vehicles.
n
Key responsibilities
n
n
Operate brake presses, guillotines and sheet metal folders
n
Folding and forming zinc, steel and aluminium
n
Welding and general fabrication
n
Read and interpret basic drawings and measurements
n
Produce quality components to required specifications
n
Maintain a safe and organised work area
n
n




About you
n
n
Previous experience operating a brake press
n
Experience using guillotines and sheet metal folders
n
Welding and fabrication experience
n
Experience working with zinc, steel and aluminium
n
Ability to read measurements and drawings
n
Solid attention to detail and quality
n
Reliable, hardworking and able to work independently and as part of a team
n
Previous experience in truck body building or automotive manufacturing will be highly regarded
n
