Flavourtech is seeking an organised and detail-focused Accounts Officer to join our Finance team.
n
Reporting to the Finance Manager, this position supports the day-to-day financial operations of the business, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payment processing and general administration. This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys working with numbers, managing multiple priorities and supporting the wider organisation.
n
Key responsibilities
n
Prepare and issue customer invoices across multiple business entities
n
Receipt and reconcile incoming customer payments
n
Distribute debtor statements and follow up outstanding accounts
n
Respond to customer and supplier account enquiries
n
Process supplier invoices and payment batches
n
Reconcile monthly supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
n
Obtain and track payment approvals
n
Prepare and upload ABA payment files
n
Process international payments
n
Manage vendor onboarding and verification through Eftsure
n
Code corporate credit card transactions in FlexiPurchase
n
Share reception duties,



including answering calls and greeting visitors
n
Coordinate banking and mail
n
Provide administrative support, including job share of reception duties.
n
About you
n
To succeed in this position, you will have:
n
Previous experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable or a similar finance role
n
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
n
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
n
The ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
Confidence using accounting and administrative systems
n
Experience with Epicor, FlexiPurchase or similar systems will be highly regarded
n
A high level of integrity and confidentiality when handling financial information
n
