As a Cook/Kitchen Hand, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of our residents by preparing and serving delicious, nutritious meals in a clean and organized kitchen environment. Key responsibilities

Prepare and cook meals in accordance with dietary requirements and preferences of residents.
n
Assist with meal planning, including special dietary needs.
n
Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, following food safety standards.
n
Assist with dishwashing and kitchen cleaning tasks.
n
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
n
Provide friendly and respectful service to residents and staff.
n

About you




n
n
Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not mandatory.
n
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
n
Compassionate and patient demeanour.
n
Ability to work effectively in a team.
n
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
n
Certificate III in commercial cookery.
