Betty's Burgers in ACT is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join the second in charge of operations.
Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, you will ensure smooth daily restaurant operations and uphold Betty's hospitality standards.
You will lead a large team, manage stock and budgeting, oversee opening and closing, rostering, training, and ensure safety with RSA compliance, delivering rapid-moving, high-quality service in a busy, positive environment.
