The Role

Support Worker
n
Support participants in SIL homes and the community to live independently.
n
You'll assist with:
n

Daily living & personal care
n
Community access & transport
n
Household tasks & meal preparation
n
n
You'll be supporting individuals with complex needs — so resilience, empathy and professionalism are essential.

About You
n
Support Workers:
n
n
Empathetic, reliable and flexible (Must be able to work sleepovers)
n
Strong documentation skills - Digital shift notes & Incident Reports
n
Cert III preferred (not essential for the right candidate)
n
Experience preferred
n
n
Mandatory Requirements
n
Before commencing, you must hold (or be willing to obtain at your own expense):

QLD Working with Children Card (No Card/No Start)
n
NDIS Worker Screening Check (No Card/No Start)
n
First Aid & CPR
n
Valid Driver's Licence & Comprehensive Car Insurance
n
NDIS Worker Orientation & Protected and Enjoyable Meals Modules
n
