Role - Senior Test Analyst

Participate in Sprint / Project / Test Planning and Backlog refinements.
n
Test Analysis and Scripts using existing Test Management and Project management
tools(JIRA/Confluence
& Test Rail)
n
Develop business test scenarios in collaboration with Product Owners and Business SME's in line with approved business process documents and work instructions.
n
Execute System testing and System Integration testing in collaboration with Product Owners and Business SME's, vendors, and external service providers.
n
Develop Regression test suites in collaboration with Product Owners and Business SME's against Production functionalities, Maintenance releases, and other releases as required.
n
Liaise and engage with the Automation team for Regression Test coverage and report into the Program on a regular basis.
n
Execute System testing and System Integration testing,



and Regression testing in line with program release schedules.
n
Assist with planning and developing test scenarios; coordinate UAT activities and enable the business to undertake extensive testing and sign-off.
n
Raise defects in TestRail/Jira as per the Defect Management Framework and take ownership of defects through to resolution.
n
Provide status reports relating to Test Coverage, Defects, and Execution Cycles using TestRail and Jira.
n
Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal business areas, Strategy Program streams, and external service providers.
n
Any other reasonable and related duties as required to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
n
Demonstrated verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
n
Excellence in developing cutting-edge test artefacts.
n
CRM/Salesforce experience is mandatory.
n
Experience with Claims / Insurance would be desirable.
