Job Description
Victoria Legal Aid in Melbourne CBD is seeking a First Peoples Cultural Strategy Specialist to provide authoritative advice to senior leaders and drive cultural change across the organisation.
You will design and oversee VLA's cultural capability framework, ensuring alignment with First Peoples perspectives and self-determination, and guide policy, workforce development and training to embed culturally secure practices.
