What's the role?
n
You'll be joining Everyday Banking where the work you do shapes how millions of customers experience everyday banking. As a Senior Product Manager, you'll lead end‐to‐end outcomes across a range of strategic initiatives and digital transformation.
n
Partnering with product, design, digital, tech, engineering, operations, risk and other business stakeholders in a fast‐moving environment. In this hands‐on role you will work across the full delivery lifecycle, from shaping priorities to defining, and governing the target‐state operating model.
n
You'll bring strong product judgement, commercial acumen and a track record of turning strategy into measurable customer, business and operational outcomes in complex environments.
n
What do I need?
n
n
Strong experience in product ownership or product management within banking or financial services.
n




Prior Banking or Digital Product Management experience
n
Demonstrated ability to drive product delivery in complex, transformation‐led environments.
n
Robust working knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum practices.
n
Experience prioritising and managing product backlogs to deliver business and customer outcomes.
n
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, bridging business and delivery teams, and influencing outcomes
n
Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to build strong relationships
n
