Belgravia Leisure at Andrew Boy Charlton Pool in Sydney is seeking an outstanding Assistant Centre Manager on a full-time basis. You will report to the Venue Manager and lead a proactive team to ensure smooth, secure and welcoming operations for members and the community.

Responsibilities include driving member sales and retention, managing customer journeys, overseeing OH&S;/compliance, and collaborating on growth strategies. Weekend work may be required during peak periods.
