We're looking for someone who gets things done.
n
We're looking for a business-minded, organised and proactive Service Administrator to take ownership of the day-to-day running of our service department.
n
This is more than an admin role. You'll be the link between our customers, technicians, suppliers and management, making sure jobs keep moving and everyone is looked after.
n
What You'll Do
n
n
Coordinate and schedule service technicians
n
Manage customer calls, bookings and enquiries
n
Keep customers updated and deliver great service
n
Make sure technicians have what they need to get the job done
n
Monitor jobs from booking through to completion
n
Organise parts, materials and repairs
n
Prepare quotes, reports and invoices
n
Follow up outstanding quotes and jobs
n
Manage maintenance schedules and recurring work
n
Identify problems and sort them before they become bigger problems
n
Maintain the efficiency and profitability of the service department
n
n
Someone who:
n
n
Takes ownership and gets things done
n
Is organised and can handle a busy workload




n
Is confident dealing with customers and tradies
n
Is a good problem solver and doesn't need constant direction
n
Can work autonomously or as part of a team
n
Communicates well and works well under pressure
n
Experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, construction, trades or service coordination is highly regarded.
n
Experience with Simpro or similar job management software is a bonus.
n
