We are looking for an experienced Project Lead / Architect to join an established and highly regarded architectural practice in Sydney.
n This is an exciting opportunity for a confident architect who enjoys taking ownership of projects, leading teams and working closely with clients and consultants to deliver high-quality architectural outcomes.

You'll play a key role in driving projects from design development through documentation and construction, working closely with Directors and a collaborative multidisciplinary team.
n
The practice delivers a diverse portfolio across multi-residential, mixed-use, commercial, hospitality, retail, workplace and specialised sectors, combining design excellence with robust technical and project delivery capability.
n As Project Lead / Project Architect, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of projects while providing leadership and guidance to project teams.

We're looking for an experienced architect who combines strong design thinking with excellent project delivery and leadership skills.
n
n
5+ years' experience within an Australian architectural practice.
n
Proven experience leading projects from concept through to delivery.
n
Experience across multi-residential, commercial, mixed-use, hospitality or retail projects.
n
Strong understanding of Australian construction practices, NCC/BCA and relevant statutory requirements.
n
Strong technical and documentation capabilities.
n
High-level Revit proficiency and an understanding of BIM workflows.
n
Experience coordinating consultants and managing project teams.
n
Strong client-facing and communication skills.
n
Experience with project programming, budgets and resource management.
n
Excellent attention to detail and a strong understanding of design quality.
n
A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
