Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
Oversee the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience
Create and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Act as a mediator for conflicts and provide guidance on employee relations issues
Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to employees and managers
Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking and annual reviews
Develop and maintain training programs to enhance employee skills and development




Administer employee payroll and maintain accurate employee records
Analyze HR metrics and provide reports to senior management on key HR KPIs
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in its HR practices

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Minimum of 5 years experience in HR management role, preferably in a tech industry
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Proven experience in managing employee relations issues effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficient in HRIS and MS Office programs
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
SHRM certification is a plus
