About the Role
They are seeking an experienced HR & Compliance Coordinator to join their Operations team in Kogarah. Reporting directly to the General Operations Manager, you’ll manage day-to-day HR requirements, provide advice and support to managers, oversee the company’s HRIS and assist with ongoing compliance.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take genuine ownership of the HR function while working closely with supportive management and a growing national team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment, advertising, employment contracts, onboarding and offboarding
Manage HRIS software, employee records and HR documentation
Maintain employee records, certifications and variations to employment contracts
Coordinate employee training, certifications and compliance requirements
Ensure compliance with the Fair Work Act, relevant Modern Awards and employment legislation
Review and maintain HR policies, procedures and employment documentation
Identify and implement improvements to HR processes
Provide ad hoc administrative support with ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 requirements
About You
Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship required
Tertiary qualification in HR or a related discipline
Strong HRIS experience, with Employment Hero or similar
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
Confident working independently and providing support across different levels of the business
A proactive, positive and cooperative approach with a work hard, play hard attitude
Experience with Employment Hero, ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 will be highly regarded
