Role Description/Criteria

St Francis Catholic College is a co-educational, multi-campus secondary school, seeking passionate and committed educators to join its growing team. St Francis Catholic College is governed under the authority of Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools Limited (MACS) ABN ***********. MACS is the employer of employees at St Francis Catholic College. The successful candidate will be expected to confidently teach all three methods. Commencing January ****.

Salary: $78,801 – $118,063 yearly per CEMEA **** Agreement.
n
Commencing January ****, this is a full-time, ongoing position.

Highly developed communication, planning, decision-making and negotiation skills.

The ability to contribute positively to a collaborative skilled culture
n
Appropriate expertise and experience in the areas of Teaching & Learning.
n
Demonstrated experience in leading best practice in the management of people and resources.
n
Demonstrated ability to build capacity in others.

Skills & Experience Required
n
Relevant tertiary qualification (Bachelor of Education or equivalent)
n
A strong commitment to Catholic education and the ethos of the College
n
Ability to implement differentiated learning and use contemporary technology to support student outcomes
n
An ability to develop and maintain professional and caring relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
n
An eagerness to learn.
n
Special Requirements
n

Current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration
n
Accreditation to teach Religious Education in a Catholic school is preferred.
