Corinthian Doors, part of the 4,500-employee VENTORA Group, is Australia's largest timber door manufacturer. Known for quality, innovation, and design, we're looking for a driven Sales Representative to grow our customer base across Melbourne Metropolitan, South Eastern Suburbs and South Gippsland.

About the Role
n
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you'll develop new business opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and drive revenue growth across your territory.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Achieve sales, revenue, margin, and customer growth targets
n
Prospect and secure new business through networking, referrals, and cold calling
n
Manage and convert opportunities through the CRM pipeline
n
Provide technical and product advice to customers and specifiers
n
Negotiate and close sales opportunities
n




Partner with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes
n
n
About You
n
n
Proven B2B sales experience with a history of achieving targets
n
Building products or construction industry experience (essential)
n
Strong prospecting and business development skills
n
Experience using CRM systems to manage opportunities
n
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
n
Self-motivated, resilient, and results-focused
n
