This is a ready made opportunity for a broker who wants to step into an established, significant, active client book and start writing deals immediately. You'll manage the full finance lifecycle and focus on what you do best — originating, structuring, and settling quality business — with strong operational support behind you.

Key responsibilities
n

Manage business and equipment finance deals (and some consumer if you choose) from enquiry to settlement from a large pool of various referral platforms and partners
n
Structure finance solutions for plant, equipment, vehicles, and commercial assets
n
Build strong, long term relationships with sme business clients
n
Negotiate terms with a broad panel of lenders to secure optimal outcomes
n
Identify current commercial finance opportunities and grow repeat business
n
Maintain lender accreditations and industry compliance standards
n

About you
n
n
Proven experience as an Asset Finance or Equipment Finance Broker
n
Strong knowledge of commercial and equipment finance products
n
Confident communicator with excellent relationship building skills
n
Self motivated, commercially minded, and results focused
n




Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
n
CAFBA or FBAA accreditation (or willingness to obtain)
n
Uncapped earnings with genuine OTE of $145k–$250k+
n
Established client book to hit the ground running
