Main Duties:
n

Deliver safe,



person-centered clinical care to residents.
n
Complete clinical assessments, care planning and ongoing reviews.
n
Monitor resident outcomes and respond to changing clinical needs.
n
Lead, guide and support care staff across each shift.
n
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and high standards of care.
n
Collaborate with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams.
n
Promote strong clinical governance, safety and continuous improvement.
n
n
Essentials:
n
n
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
n
New graduates and experienced Registered Nurses are welcome to apply.
n
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
n
Current CPR certification.
n
Current driver's licence.
n
National Police Check, or willingness to obtain.
n
Australian working rights required; sponsorship is not available.
n
