Your responsibilities will include:

Providing outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.

Leading and motivating the store team.
n
Maintaining high merchandising standards and creating eye-catching displays.
n
Stock replenishment and inventory presentation.
n
Ensuring the store is clean, organised and ready for trade.
n
Assisting customers with product advice and recommendations.
n
Driving daily store performance and achieving sales targets.
n

About You
n
You'll be someone who:

Has previous retail management or supervisory experience.
n




Is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
n
Enjoys working in a fast-paced retail setting.
n
Has excellent communication and leadership skills.
n
Takes pride in creating beautiful merchandise displays.
n
Is reliable, energetic and able to motivate a team.
n
Is available to work weekends, as weekend trading is an essential part of this role.

Loves Christmas (not essential— but definitely a bonus!).
