Job Description
Southern Cross Community Healthcare in Wentworthville is seeking Disability Support Workers to support a 46-year-old female to live independently at home after a Traumatic Brain Injury in early **** within a 24/7 program with diverse shifts. You will provide domestic assistance, personal care, medication prompts, meal preparation, and accurate reporting to the care team.
