About the position:
n Our client is seeking an Employment Lawyer with 3-6 years PAE to join a growing team with a solid commitment to nurturing talent. This opportunity is ideal for a mid-level lawyer who's eager to build technical depth, take ownership of challenging files, and benefit from close mentoring by senior lawyers who are leaders in the field.

You'll work across a broad scope of employment and industrial matters, including:
n
n
Workplace disputes and unfair dismissal claims
n
General protections and discrimination matters
n
Enterprise bargaining and industrial strategy
n
Drafting and advising on employment contracts and executive arrangements
n
Advocacy in the Fair Work Commission and other tribunals
n
n

Key Requirements:
n
n
3-6 years post-admission experience in employment or litigation law
n
Admitted in Queensland (or able to obtain admission promptly)
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
Passionate about employment law and client-focused service
n
Comfortable working both independently and within a team
n
Demonstrated interest in developing a long-term career in this area
n
Accredited Specialist (or interest in pursuing accreditation) welcomed
n
