Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Project & Delivery Lead to own how projects and retainers are planned, resourced and delivered across Process.
n
This is a key role within the agency, working across Client Success, Design and Engineering to keep teams focused, spot risks early and ensure we're delivering great work on time, within budget and to a high standard.
n
If you're commercially minded, highly organised and know how to keep multiple digital projects moving without losing sight of the people involved, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll do
n

Manage agency capacity, resourcing and forecasting
n
Own timelines, budgets, scope and project profitability
n
Identify risks, blockers and delivery issues early
n
Improve project processes, planning and reporting
n
Support and coach client-facing team members
n
Partner with discipline leads to continually improve how the studio operates
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n
5+ years' experience working with Shopify and ecommerce
n
Strong digital,



ecommerce or software agency experience
n
Experience managing complex projects and cross-functional teams
n
Robust commercial awareness across budgets, scope and utilisation
n
Confidence managing resource planning and forecasting
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach
n
