Job Description
We are currently looking for Production Labourers to join a well-established Australian food manufacturing business based in Labrador.

This is a hands‐on labouring and production role, with some forklift work involved. We're looking for people who are reliable, physically fit and happy to get stuck into a fast‐paced production environment.

About the Role
n
You'll be working across the production and processing areas of a busy food manufacturing facility, with the environment maintained at approximately 25°C.
n
Duties will include:
n
n
General labouring and production line work
n
Assisting with food production and processing
n
Packing and preparing products
n
Manual handling and repetitive lifting
n
Moving raw materials and finished products
n
Loading and unloading pallets
n
Quality checking products
n
Operating a forklift when required
n
Following food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures
n
General cleaning and housekeeping
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
We're after people who are reliable, hardworking and physically capable, with a genuine willingness to get stuck into the work.
n
You will need:
n
n
Previous experience in labouring, production, manufacturing, warehousing or a similar environment




n
Current LF Forklift Licence essential
n
Ability to work in a 25°C setting for full shifts
n
Physically capable of repetitive manual handling up to 50kgs (push/pulling)
n
Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
n
Good understanding of workplace safety
n
Ability to follow procedures and work as part of a team
n
Own reliable transport preferred
n
n
Essential Requirements
n

Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
n
Current LF Forklift Licence
n
Availability for Monday to Friday work with flexibility across shifts
n
Comfortable working in cold conditions
n
Ability to pass a pre‐employment medical and drug & alcohol screening if required
n
