Capture Recruitment are seeking Pallet Builders / Labourers for positions based in the Western Suburbs on Day shift. This is an ongoing role with an immediate start for the right candidate with demonstrated experience.

Shift Schedule

Monday to Friday
n
Altona location
n
7:00am to 3:00pm
n

Duties
n
n
Assembly of pallets usinghand tools, power tools, and machinery
n
Heavy lifting and manual handling tasks
n
Operation of machinery
n
Meet daily production goals
n
Meet company standards
n
Inspect productsfor damage
n
Maintain a clean work area while always following safety protocols
n
Work with the team to meet daily production and quality goals
n
n




Skills and Experience
n
n
Proven experience in general labouring
n
Proven experience in pallet building or manufacturing
n
Proven experience using hand tools, power tools (saws, nail guns)
n
Ability to lift heavy loads and perform physical tasks
n
Ability to collaborate within a team and work autonomously
n
Have a team-first attitude and commitment to safety
n
Must be available for an immediate start
n
Forklift licence advantageous
n
