SENIOR STRATA MANAGER | LEAN PORTFOLIO | $130K-$150K + SUPER

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Strata Manager to join a well-established and expanding strata management business based in Sydney's South West.
n
Due to continued business growth, this newly created role offers the opportunity to manage a lean portfolio of approximately 30 schemes across a diverse mix of residential, commercial, industrial, mixed-use and BMC properties.

The Role
n
You'll be responsible for the end-to-end management of a diverse strata portfolio, including:
n
n
Managing a portfolio of approximately 30 strata schemes
n
Chairing AGMs, EGMs and committee meetings
n
Building strong relationships with owners corporations, committees and contractors
n
Coordinating repairs, maintenance and capital works
n
Managing compliance, insurance and defect matters
n
Preparing meeting agendas, minutes and follow-up actions
n




Delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining strong client relationships
n

About You
n
To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:
n
n
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Strata Manager
n
Current Class 2 Strata Managing Agent Licence
n
Strong knowledge of NSW strata legislation
n
The ability to confidently manage a portfolio autonomously
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
A stable employment history with demonstrated tenure and commitment
n
