About this opportunity:

Support the design and development of Aje Athletica & Studio collections, combining performance-focused innovation with the brand's signature aesthetic
n
Research market trends, consumer preferences and emerging trends to inform design decisions
n
Create mood boards, colour palettes,



and sketches to develop creative and cohesive collection concepts
n
Support in creating innovative, functional products that delight and engage customers
n
Create and maintain tech packs and critical style information including CADs and coversheets, clearly communicating all design, fit, trim, technical construction and finishing details to suppliers
n
Work closely with Production and Garment Tech teams to ensure samples meet quality, fit and performance standards
n
Provide detailed technical specifications and support fittings to ensure designs are accurately translated into final product
