Join our Warehouse team as an Online Warehouse Assistant and play a key role in ensuring SHEIKE's online customers receive their orders quickly and accurately.
n
This is a casual position, and we are seeking someone who is available to work Monday to Friday from 6:00am - 2:00pm.

About the Role
n
As an Online Warehouse Assistant, you will support the daily fulfilment of online orders, ensuring products are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and efficiently.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Picking and packing online customer orders accurately and within required timeframes
n
Conducting quality checks to ensure the correct items, quantities and presentation standards before dispatch
n
Preparing and packing orders safely for shipment to ensure items arrive in perfect condition
n
Manifesting and dispatching orders using courier systems
n
Processing online returns and completing quality checks on returned products
n
Assisting with stock replenishment and maintaining stock accuracy
n
Identifying and reporting damaged or missing stock
n
Supporting cycle counts and stocktakes when required
n
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment in line with WHS standards
n
Working collaboratively with the Warehouse,



Customer Service and Digital teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
n

About You
n
n
Previous warehouse, picking/packing or online fulfilment experience is highly regarded
n
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately
n
Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
n
Reliable with strong time management and organisational skills
n
A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
n
Available to work Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 2:00pm
n
Ability to work under pressure.
n
Ability to work in a physical role, with heavy lifting up to 20KG.
n
Thrive in a dynamic team environment.
n
Flexible in your availability + able to work a rotating roster as required.
n
Ability to commence work from 7am in St Peters.
n
Full working rights in Australia.
n
Previous experience in a warehouse environment, ideally in fashion.
n
Strong attention to detail ensuring all customer requests are accurate and met in a timely manner
