About the Role
n
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team on a 12-month maternity leave contract based in North Ryde (Macquarie Park). Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a key role in supporting and maintaining our Quality Management System (QMS) and ensuring quality processes, product complaints, supplier communications, and compliance activities are managed effectively.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive quality outcomes, support regulatory compliance, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Manage product complaints and post-market surveillance activities
n
Coordinate device returns and supplier follow-up requests
n
Maintain non-conformance reporting and CAPA processes
n
Support document control, audits,
and quality compliance activities
n
Administer eQMS systems, including user access and support
n
Prepare quality metrics, safety reports, and ad hoc analysis
n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues
n
Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements
n
n
About You
n
n
Experience in a Quality, Compliance, or Quality Assurance role
n
Robust administration and Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
n
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
n
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
n
Ability to prioritise, multitask, and work across multiple teams
n
Continuous improvement mindset with high attention to detail
n
Experience in the medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industry
n
Knowledge of ISO **** and/or ISO ***** quality standards
n
Internal auditing experience
n
Experience using Q-Pulse or a similar electronic Quality Management System (eQMS
n
n
