About the Role
n
As Senior Legal Counsel, you'll work closely with the General Counsel, Property Team and senior leaders to provide commercially focused legal advice across:

Property acquisitions,



divestments and due diligence
n
Development projects, major works and construction matters
n
Procurement, operations and commercial contracts
n
Asset management, leasing and portfolio optimisation initiatives
n
Strategic business priorities and growth opportunities
n
n

What You'll Bring
n
n
Australian legal practitioner with current practising certificate
n
5+ years PQE across property, construction and commercial law
n
Experience with acquisitions, disposals, development and major works
n
In-house experience and a practical commercial mindset
n
Robust stakeholder engagement and relationship-building capability
n
Ability to balance legal risk with pragmatic business outcomes
n
