We're currently looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused team member to join us in our Dromana store.
n
About the Role
n
You will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive excellent service whether they visit us in-store, call, or place orders online. Your day-to-day duties will include:
n
n
Assisting customers with product enquiries, orders, and quotes via the counter, phone, email, and website
n
Liaising with internal team members including other branches and sales reps
n
Processing incoming goods and handling transfers and dispatches
n
Maintaining stock levels and monitoring inventory
n
Operating point-of-sale systems and handling cash
n
General sales support duties
n




Availability to work alternate Saturday mornings (8:00 am – 12:30 pm) and occasional overtime
n
n

A strong 'can do' attitude and willingness to learn
n
Great communication and interpersonal skills
n
Reliable and proactive approach to customer service
n
Confidence using computers and sales systems
n
Previous experience in a similar retail or trade environment preferred.
