We need a gun plumber to help handle the demand. This is an ongoing domestic plumbing role, with a genuine pathway into a higher-earning sales position if that's where you want to go. No pressure either way — but the path and the earning potential are real.

What you could earn
n
All plumbers start at $45/hr. Your rate is reviewed as you get the hang of things, start rolling independently, and prove yourself. Here's what the full package could look at $50/hr:

Base wage only: $50/hr | $2,000/week | $104,000/year
n
+ Commission — growing ($80K/mth): ~$72/hr+ | ~$2,893+/week | ~$150,448+/year
n
n
That means our top Plumbers are, and can earn $86/hr+ | ~$3,447+/week | ~$179,248+/year. Thats not to bad if you ask us!
n
Additional allowances also apply: Mobile phone — we run a fully digital operation from booking to invoice and taking payment, operating a digger or excavator. Commission is available to sales plumbers and is uncapped.

Clear pathway into a sales role with uncapped commission

Fully stocked company van — everything you need, ready to go. BYO hand and power tools

Service and maintenance plumbing across Melbourne, focusing on the inner east
n
Diagnose issues and provide transparent, fixed‐price solutions
n
Complete works across gas, blocked drains, sewer and stormwater renewals, leaks, hot water, and general plumbing
n
Use our job management system for quoting, invoicing, and payment collection
n
Deliver a high standard of customer service on every job
n

What we're looking for
n
n
Minimum 5 years' domestic plumbing experience and a beast of a plumber
n
Current Victorian driver's licence
n
Valid Australian work authorisation required
n
Able to obtain a Working With Children Check (required for some of our regular work)
n




Confident working independently and customer-facing
n
Confident in quoting and client communication, or keen to develop these skills
n
Strong across gas, drainage, and hot water
n
Jetter and CCTV experience a bonus
n
Digger/excavator experience a bonus
n
