The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior API Developer to join a high-performing technology team supporting a major digital transformation program. This is an exciting chance to work on the rebuild of a responsive digital check-in experience and mobile application, delivering robust and scalable API integrations.

You will play a key role in developing, enhancing and supporting integration services, working closely with technical and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop and maintain APIs and integration services
n
Develop scalable and reliable integration solutions across digital platforms
n
Translate business and technical requirements into effective API solutions
n
Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and API issues
n
Collaborate with developers, architects, business analysts and other stakeholders
n
Contribute to technical design, development and testing activities
n
Ensure solutions meet development, security and performance standards
n




Support the delivery of new digital capabilities across web and mobile platforms
n
n
Skills & Experience
n
n
Strong commercial experience as an API Developer, Integration Developer or similar
n
Experience designing and developing APIs and integration solutions
n
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and modern integration patterns
n
Experience working across complex enterprise technology environments
n
Strong development and troubleshooting skills
n
Experience with API testing, monitoring and performance optimisation
n
Ability to interpret technical requirements and contribute to solution design
n
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative Agile delivery environment
n
n
