Spirit Care is seeking a hands-on Service Delivery & Operations Manager to oversee daily participant supports across our disability services in South-West Sydney. You will coach Team Leaders and frontline Support Workers, observe service delivery on the floor and ensure protected, engaging, participant-centred care.
