The Role:
n
This organisation is looking for a commercially astute Management Accountant to join their finance team. Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for: management reports. Responsibilities of the role include:
n
n
Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
n
Deliver insightful variance analysis and commentary for senior leadership.
n
Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
n
Partner with operational stakeholders to improve commercial performance.
n
Develop financial models and business cases to support strategic initiatives.
n
Monitor key performance indicators and identify opportunities for improvement.
n
Drive continuous improvement across finance systems, reporting and internal processes.
n
Enhance Power BI reporting capabilities.
n
n




Your Profile:
n
n
Experience as a Management Accountant across budgeting, forecasting, cashflow forecasting and quality reporting.
n
Ideally exposure working in heavy industry sectors
n
A strong commercial mindset that empowers you to get behind numbers so that you can understand and interpret what they mean commercially and operationally
n
CA/CPA qualification preferred
n
Enjoy a fast-paced, complex, data heavy environment. Given the volume and complexity of data, you should be comfortable working with large data sets
n
Ability to take initiative and problem solve
n
Strong Excel and ideally exposure to Power BI.
n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build quality relationships with key stakeholders.
n
