Pacific Glenwood Roadhouse is seeking a reliable and experienced Cook to join our team in Glenwood, QLD.

The Role
n
Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing and cooking a range of meals to a consistent standard
n
Managing food preparation for daily service
n
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised kitchen
n
Following food safety and hygiene procedures
n
Monitoring stock levels, storage and rotation
n
Working efficiently during busy service periods
n
Assisting with general kitchen duties as required
n
n
About You
n
We are looking for someone who:
n
n
Has previous experience as a cook or in a commercial kitchen
n
Is reliable, punctual and hardworking
n
Can work independently and as part of a team
n




Works well under pressure in a fast-paced setting
n
Has good knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene
n
Is available for a flexible roster, including weekends and public holidays
n
