Role Test Manager - Manual Location: Work daily from customer's offer in Sydney Duration: 6 months starting within 2 weeks Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive test strategy and plan for the Mortgage data migration program.
n
Work on estimation and vendor coordination
n
Lead and manage a team of test analysts and engineers to execute testing activities across multiple phases of the project.
n
Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and technical teams to understand requirements and design test cases accordingly.
n
Ensure all testing activities are aligned with project timelines and deliverables.
n
Oversee the creation and maintenance of test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
n
Coordinate and manage testing environments, ensuring availability and readiness for various testing phases.
n
Identify,



document, and track defects, and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
n
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential testing challenges.
n
Productive in Defect identification and defect Tracking, project management and reporting
n
Experience working with cloud migration or data center migration projects
n
Experience with Agile testing methodologies, test tools like ALM, Jira, Selenium or UFT
n
Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on testing progress, issues, and risks.
n
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing and quality assurance
