Our Client

As an established brokerage, our client has a strong focus on client service and technical know-how. They are seeking to appoint a Claims Advocate to deal empathetically and efficiently with a portfolio of property claims.

The Role

Duties
n
n
Maintaining best practice claims handling performance both in terms of optimal claims outcomes and customer service.
n
Creating Service Differentiation and market leading service delivery.
n
Managing a portfolio of property claims.
n
n
Your experience:
n
n
Demonstrated experience managing property damage claims from lodgement to finalisation.
n




Understanding and relationship building with partners and other stakeholders.
n
Liaising with Insurers Builders, Engineers, Assessors, Brokers, Strata Managers, and various internal stakeholders, to achieve the agreed KPIs and service standards.
n
Ability in the interpretation and application of policy wordings
n
Experience with claim negotiations, complaint resolution and interpersonal flexibility is a necessity.
n
Experience in reporting and metrics to ensure service delivery
n
Experience and confidence with process and procedural documentation, review, and revising as required.
n
Highly effective communicator (written, verbal, presentation, training).
n
n
