Salaries starting from $85,000 - $110,000 + Super

Paediatric Caseload (predominantly school aged) on site with some community visits
n
Flexible working hours, option to work 9 day fortnight & WFH for admin

Conduct therapy outdoors - canoeing, hiking, kayaking, swimming, gardening, and mud play on **** sqm of natural bushland
n
Flexible hours, 9-day fortnight option, and WFH for admin tasks
n
Salary starting at $85,000 - $110,000 + Super (based on experience)
n
Low billable targets: 4-5 a day with a focus on quality, not quantity
n
$1,500 PD budget annually to pursue your interests & regular in house training with the team
n
Company car available for outreach and community visits, or travel allowance if using your own vehicle
n
Opportunity to participate in the Kindy Uplift program, delivering outreach to rural communities

What you'll be doing:
n
n
Provide therapy for paediatric NDIS and private clients, with a focus on sensory processing, motor development, emotional regulation, and self-care
n
Deliver therapy outdoors, creating fun, intentional, and client-driven programs
n
Collaborate closely with a small, supportive team
n
Have autonomy to shape your caseload and working hours around client needs
n
n

About You:
n
n
Has 2+ years of paediatric OT experience and AHPRA registration
n
Shares a love for the outdoors and isn't afraid to get your hands dirty
n

n

Has AHPRA registration
