Osawa Enterprises is a leading Japanese wagyu beef wholesaler in Sydney. We are recruiting motivated and experienced workers to join our processing room team.

Key responsibilities
n
n
Handle pork and wagyu beef processing for Asian customers
n
Use knife skills as part of daily work in the processing room
n
Work in food manufacturing with understanding of NSW food authority requirements, work safety, and Kaizen (lean production)
n
Support e-commerce and open day operations
n
Work closely with team to service clients
n
n
About you
n
n
Basic experience or skill using a knife
n
No issue with handling pork
n
Able to start early morning, occasionally from 4am, normally 6am start
n
Full understanding of food manufacturing business, NSW food authority, work safety, and Kaizen (lean production)
n
Robust communication skills and proactive teamwork mindset
n
Willingness to work closely with Japanese processing room manager and team
n
Attitude and willingness to learn prioritised over extensive prior experience
n
