About the Role
n
As a Site Manager at Rawco, you will be responsible to head up an install crew. Running day to day site operations and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
n
Your key responsibilities will include:
n

Running retaining wall construction projects from site establishment through to completion
n
Working in & coordinating crews, subcontractors, and plant on site
n




Interpreting construction drawings, engineering details, and specifications
n
Ensuring works are completed in accordance with safety, quality, and program requirements
n
Liaising with engineers, surveyors, and internal management
n
Maintaining site records, diaries, and compliance documentation
n
Identifying and resolving site issues proactively
n
n
What We Are Looking For
n
To be successful in this role, you will need:
n
n
Proven experience managing civil construction projects, preferably retaining walls
n
Solid understanding of drilling, piling, and retaining wall construction methods
n
Leadership skills with the ability to manage crews and drive performance
n
A hands on attitude with a strong focus on safety and quality
n
Passion, accountability, and a results driven mindset
n
A genuine interest in civil construction and working outdoors
n
n
Where You Will Work
n
Our projects are located across Victoria, and you should be prepared to travel up to approximately one hour from home depending on the project.
n
Key areas include Geelong, Ballarat, Moorabool Shire, Hume, Mitchell Shire, Whittlesea, Bendigo, and Cardinia.
n
From time to time, opportunities may arise for regional or interstate work in VIC, NSW, or SA. These roles would be offered on a contract basis with applicable travel and accommodation allowances.
