We're looking for an AI Engineer who combines technical expertise with a passion for innovation, enablement and user adoption. This is an opportunity to become the go-to expert for Microsoft 365 Copilot, shaping how AI is embedded across a large enterprise while building intelligent solutions that deliver genuine business impact.

You'll play a pivotal role in driving AI adoption, designing custom Copilot solutions, educating users, and ensuring AI is implemented securely, responsibly and at scale.

What you'll be doing
n
n
Lead the adoption and optimisation of Microsoft 365 Copilot across the business.
n
Design and build custom copilots, agents, plugins and connectors using Copilot Studio.
n
Develop AI-powered solutions using Power Platform, Microsoft Graph and enterprise integrations.
n
Deliver workshops, training sessions, prompt libraries and enablement programs that maximise user adoption.
n
Monitor usage, measure business outcomes and continuously improve the employee AI experience.
n
Partner closely with technology, security and business stakeholders to deliver cutting-edge AI solutions.
n
Stay ahead of Microsoft's AI roadmap and introduce new capabilities that create measurable productivity gains.

What we're looking for
n
You'll bring experience across several of the following:
n
n
Hands‐on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.
n
Building custom copilots, declarative agents, plugins and connectors.
n
Power Platform including Power Automate and Power Apps.
n
Microsoft Graph and enterprise integrations.
n
AI engineering, machine learning or software development experience.
n
Prompt engineering and retrieval‐augmented generation (RAG).
n
Microsoft 365 governance including SharePoint, OneDrive, sensitivity labels and DLP.
n
Python or other scripting experience.
n
Strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
n
Experience delivering training, workshops or technology adoption programs.
n

Nice to have
n
n
Experience with Claude
n
Experience working within large enterprise environments or regulated industries.
n
