About the Role
n
As a Casual Educator, you will:
n
n
Support children's learning and development across various age groups
n
Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members
n
Assist in delivering engaging and meaningful learning experiences
n
Contribute to daily routines and centre operations
n
Support observations, documentation, and programming where required
n
Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all children
n
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
A completed Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent), or be actively studying towards one
n
A current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or willingness to obtain one
n
Previous experience working within a long day care setting
n
Flexibility to work across different rooms and availability to accept shifts at short notice
n
A passion for supporting children's learning, growth, and wellbeing
n
