My client is seeking two Mortgage Brokers to join their Brisbane office. An immediate start is preferred to ensure a smooth handover of client relationships and the existing portfolio.

You will be joining an integrated lending, wealth, and property business that generates consistent internal referrals. The team operates in a highly process-driven environment with robust backend and compliance support, allowing brokers to focus on client relationships and settlements rather than administration.

What will you be doing?
n

Managing and servicing an established loan book
n
Handling warm inbound leads from wealth and property divisions
n
Settling approximately 14 loans per month
n
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
n
Collaborating closely with property and advisory teams
n
Maintaining compliance and process standards
n
n
What do you need?

Experience as a Mortgage Broker or Lending Specialist
n
Ability to manage high volumes in a structured environment
n
Strong communication and client relationship skills
n
Confidence handling complex lending conversationsTech-savvy and process-oriented mindset
