Job Description
Craigrossie clinic' is seeking a dedicated and experienced Practice Nurse Division 1 to join our team in Albert Park VIC ****. This is a part-time role of three days per week - Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays 9am-5pm (or negotiable hours) , offering the opportunity to work in a supportive, collaborative environment and make a meaningful impact on the health and wellbeing of our patients.

Key responsibilities
n
Providing high-quality nursing care to patients, including assisting with examinations, administering medications, and coordinating treatment plans
n
Conducting health assessments, providing health education, and promoting preventive care. Drawing up care plans for chronic disease management liaising with the doctors
n
Providing immunisations - an Immunisation Certificate from a recognised institution is essential
n
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with medical and legal regulations. Immunisations as requested by patients and doctors
n
Collaborating with the multi-disciplinary healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
n
Assisting with the management of the clinic's operations, including inventory management and equipment maintenance
n
Actively participating in continuing professional development to maintain and enhance nursing skills and knowledge
n
What we're looking for
n
Registration as a Division 1 Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
n
Minimum of 1 year's experience as a Practice Nurse or in a similar role within the primary care or community healthcare setting
n
Robust clinical skills and a commitment to evidence-based practice
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
n
Proficient in the use of medical software and technology
n
Experience with Best Practice medical software is required
n
A passion for providing exceptional patient-centered care and improving health outcomes
n
Immunisation certificate from a recognised institution.
n
Australian permanent residency status is required for this position
