We're looking for an experienced Project Support Coordinator to join a Fed Govt Department. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the delivery of a major Infrastructure Upgrade Project, spanning 750+ sites across Australia and the Pacific. Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll help keep this complex program on track through Strong coordination, governance, reporting and stakeholder support.

Responsibilities
n
Project governance and secretariat support
n
Project plans, schedules, reports and governance documentation
n
Risk, issue, action and decision tracking
n
Project financial tracking and reporting
n
Dashboards, executive reporting and briefing support
n
Travel, workshops and site visit coordination
n
Stakeholder engagement across technical, operational and corporate teams
n
Maintaining high-quality project records and documentation
n
What we are looking for
n
Experience supporting project boards,
steering committees or governance forums
n
Project reporting and documentation capability
n
Exposure to project financial management
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
Strong organisation and attention to detail.
n
