Part-Time Senior Booksellers work 33.5 hours per week on a Sunday - Thursday fixed roster.

In your new role you will:

Champion and coach the sales team to consistently achieve set sales targets and KPIs.
n
Support the Store Manager in all areas of sales, store operation and developing and maintaining a customer focused team who deliver exceptional customer service.
n
Champion new education and debtor account sales and maintain relationships with existing account holders through cold calling, Book Drives and supported networking.
n
Maintain stock integrity with guidance from the buying and operations teams.
n
Present a visually appealing store in line with merchandising guides and promotional instruction.
n
Maintain strong communication and working relationships with store and operations teams.
n
Champion a safe, supportive and growth culture in store.
