Pidapipo in Melbourne's innovative gelato scene is seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to join our collaborative team as we open Pidapipo Laboratorio. This role sits in our new, state-of-the-art lab in Fitzroy, producing gelato bases, cakes, chocolate and baked items, with creative input across all product lines and opportunities to collaborate with chefs, chocolatiers and other creatives.
