The role:

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our PracticeManagement Group (PMG). Working closely with business leaders and service lineteams, you will transform data into meaningful insights, develop reportingsolutions and support data-driven decision-making across the firm.
n
Key responsibilities:

Data analysis & insights
n

Collect, cleanse, validate, and analyse data from multiple sources.
n
Identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities through quantitative analysis.
n
Translate complex data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
n
Conduct ad hoc analysis to support leadership and business initiatives.
n
Design,maintain and automate dashboards and reporting solutions that improve efficiencyand support decision making.
n
Monitorand report on key business performance indicators.
n
Ensuredata accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting outputs.
n
Promote high standards of data integrity and governance.
n
Identify data quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
n
Assist in developing data definitions, standards,



and documentation.
n
Support compliance with privacy and regulatory requirements.
n
n
Technology & innovation
n
n
Leverage data analytics tools and emerging technologies to enhance reporting capability.
n
Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
n
Support implementation of new business intelligence and analytics platforms.
n
Contribute to the firm's digital transformation initiatives.
n
n
What we are looking for:
n
n
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics,Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, Information Systems, or a relateddiscipline.
n
Strong analytical, problem-solving, andcritical thinking capabilities.
n
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and theMicrosoft 365 suite.
n
Experience with business intelligence and datavisualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
n
Familiarity with AI technologies and emerginganalytics tools.
n
Excellent communication and stakeholdermanagement skills
n
Ability to translate technical concepts anddata insights into transparent, actionable recommendations for non-technicalaudiences.
n
High attention to detail, accuracy andcommitment to data integrity.
n
Previous experience in a data analyst orbusiness intelligence role.
