About the Role
n
The Grant Services Coordinator leads centralised grants services across Government, overseeing multidisciplinary teams and end-to-end grant delivery in partnership with policy owners. The role focuses on program and grants management, compliance, riskmanagementand stakeholder engagement, while driving standardised practices and continuous improvements in service quality,efficiencyand cost.

Key Accountabilities
n
Lead and coordinate grant services, strengthening governance, workforce capability, riskmanagementand continuous improvement.
n
Oversee end-to-end delivery of grant programs and projects, ensuring alignment with departmental and whole-of-government priorities.
n
Manage budgets and resources to support fiscally sustainable and effective grant service delivery.
n
Drive standardisation, processimprovementsand efficiencies to enhance service quality and reduce delivery risks.
n
Lead and develop high-performing teams while building strong stakeholder relationships and resolving complex operational issues.
n
About You
n
Proven project and program managementexpertisedelivering complex initiatives on time and within agreed parameters.
n




Strong understanding of government program governance, risk, probity,confidentialityandfinancial management.
n
Experience developing and implementing strategic program,projectand service delivery frameworks.
n
Proven ability to manage complex grant programs and competing priorities across multiple business functions, with Salesforce GEMS experience desirable.
n
Highproficiencyin Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word,Outlookand Teams.
